I'm very disappointed. I've purchased so many tickets, unfortunately 1 of the tickets I overlooked one of the passport number did not record correctly. So I have to do the refund and re purchase on the spot. The officer at the train station told me they can only refund back to Chinatour.net. I've informed Chinatour.net twice since 28th March. But no reply each time. All the money been refunded to Chinatour.net. But it didn't refund back to me. I don't even received any news since then. Frustrating!!!
