I will start with the best review I can give. I would use ChinaTour.Net ANY time in the future. They are efficient, quick with setting up service. One of my trains was cancelled several weeks after booking. ChinaTour.Net was emailing me immediately for alternative routes and scheduling. They keep track of everything for you. This may sound small, but with inexperience traveling in China, ChinaTour.Net followed up with instructions in Chinese for the ticket agents at the train stations. I just printed the instructions in Chinese from ChinaTour.Net email. This sounds like a small thing, but other places where I did not have the information for taxi driver, hotel person etc. it became a lot of time trying to tell the person what we needed. ChinaTour.Net had everything set up and given to me to make things easy. I definitely recommend them.
