Great service especially as the trains were changed right before we left the UK. Chinatour.NET were on this and sorted our our tickets which were delivered - as promised - to our hotel and given to us on arrival. The trains are amazing by the way, very, very clean and extremely fast. Would strongly recommend travelling by train, no hiccups at all.
