Quite disappointed! I booked train tickets before one month from the date of use. 30 days after the date of use you should have bought the tickets and sent me the purchase confirmation. Not having received anything, after a few days I asked for clarification. Only then did you tell me that there was no availability and I had to take a first class for a train and change the schedule for the other. Clearly you had forgotten to make my ticket reservation!
