Planned to travel through China, not arranged or with a group. Needed traintickets. I booked them in the Netherlands via Chinatours online. Tickets confirmation was quick and adequate. Two weeks before the actual traveldate, they informed me that the tickets wereld booked and how to get them. At the train station only my Passport and the info from Chinatour was sufficiant to get the tickets.
Due the weather (hurricane) one train was canceld. Frist at the counter in the station (to give the tickets back), Chinatour refunded the ticket price at my creditcard. Perfect service, great organisation.
