Service for booking is very good and easy. The deliveries to the hotels was okay, too. But we were also surprised that we didn't get our tickets for Hanzhou - Huangshan and Xiamen - Guanzhou, due to the peak hollidayweek. Hope you will return the amounts for these tickets, which we have payed.
