My service with China Tour has been really disappointing- especially considering it was ChinaTour who cancelled my tickets.
Right now I’m still awaiting a refund of 52 CNY from Reservation Number: 175884. I’m also waiting for a refund of 1469 CNY from Reservation Number: 175883
I was told I’d receive my refunds 4 weeks ago. At this point I’m going to have to get the authorities involved if I’m not going to get back my money.
I’d look to book with someone else.
