Horrible, I will never use this service again. From start to finish they were a pain to work with. First they said the could not purchase two of my train tickets, then when I asked for a refund, they suddenly could. The tickets were not delivered when I arrived at my hotel and I had to spend a few hours of my vacation tracking down my train tickets. Worst of all, I booked a ticket in a soft sleeper weeks before my trip, than days before I was told they could only get a hard seat. I rearranged my trip to take an earlier train so I could have a soft seat and when I arrived at the train I discovered I was booked in a hard seat. This ruined days of my trip. I also reported tilhis to them and I haven’t received an apology or a resolution. Never use this service.
