I booked 3 tickets for the trains in China. They did a good job with the booking. Everything worked perfect with those 3 tickets.
I also booked a flight in which they misswrote my name. I tried to let them know about the problem. And after several times trying to get an answer from them, their reply was, that I wrote my name wrong. So I need to cancel and I can get a part of the money in refund. Not only it wasnt my fault, but they never refound that money they claimed that I will be refounded.
Bad experience trying to communicate with this conpany.
Dont book a flight with them.
You can book trains, for that, they are good!
