It was very easy to buy tickets online for China and for any uncertainty their customer services team is very quick and responsive, the only thing which I think they should be added is to give the tickets online also as otherwise you have to spend a lot of time in queue and after then you've been told to go to other counter there you'll collect your tickets
I mean to say you have to make some setup so the person taking the service from your website will face no hassle
