Booking experience was good but received an email later stating i need to send copies of passport. You should have some questions in the beginning to make sure all information required for the reservation is available.
Also it turned out that the passport number was wrong so i dould not use the ticket i had booked and had to cancel. It would be good to confirm the passport number entered is correct compared to the copy of passport you have on file.
Also for foreigners it will be good to highlight what station in Beijing the train leaves from. I missed my train as i went to the wrong station. This is not your responsibility but will be goot service to foreigners if you can make such notations after resrevation
