I only used the online high speed ebook services which is ok. I was worried when I did'nt get any response after a few days during the Chinese national holiday week of October 1. There were no auto answer from email, wechat, face book website that your company was closed for the week except from staff who still response to tours inquiries ! This slight oversight needs to be corrected to western standards.
