I can say that for the trip Beijing to Pingyau, I made a mistake in writing first name and family name. They change it for me by computer. Realy happy about this.
I booked the train Guilin to Guangzhou for 13-10-18 it had to be 13-11-18.
Wrote them 1 week before 13-11-18, can you change ths for me in 13-11-18. They say yes but did not do it. So I bought a new one in Beijing.
But overall, i can say that I am very happy with China Tour.NET
