Used the service to book trains. We booked trains to and from 4 different cities for 3 people. We had all the tickets delivered to our first hotel. It all went as planned.
Just be sure which train stations you need (can use google maps for this), then book them. I highly recommend getting all the tickets delivered to one hotel.
Don't be alarmed if tickets are not purchased until a few weeks before the trip. They are not always available immediately.
Overall a great and useful service for international travellers to China.
