Chinatour was always very quick in responding, offered alternatives if a train was sold out and booking was very easy. The information in English provided on the ticket was very helpful. We collected our tickets (for four different journeys) at the first station which was very convenient the rest of our trip. We could skip every line and walk straight through to security.
