The booking of Trains was good except for the booking of one train trip that was no longer available. I do not understand why ChinaTour did the booking and took my payment, and then came back to me later and told me that this train was no longer available. Why did you not check this train was available before making the booking and taking my payment ? I am also still waiting for the full refund of my payment money for this trip, which was agreed would be made by ChinaTour !
