I bought a train ticket 1 month before my travel date, and your site already deduct my money from my account. In your email saying that u will send me a e-voucher ticket 30 days before my departure date. I've been email and whatsapp your site and dealing with Emily ,until my travel date i didnt received any e-voucher ticket, when i go to the counter at the hong kong west kowloon,they say no ticket under my booking id or under my name. What service are u providng to your customer? I will not reccomend your tour/service to others. I need u to refund back my money as i have a statement account showing that u already deduct my money
