Ordered tickets 3 months before departure , had to contact customer service 2 weeks before departure to be informed that our return Tickets could’ t be issued for some reason like not available seat during the Spring Festival, had to pay 1400 rmb more to get business class tickets for my wife and I . Now we are in the train.
