Reasonably efficient booking system. Except that for the return leg, they didn't manage to get the first-class tickets I wanted and asked for me to take the second-class tickets, when I had reserved it long ago. Managed to get a later timing tickets, but received them only one day prior, so that was also a little heartstopping.
