Our airline has changed its schedule and we have changed our train schedule accordingly from morning to afternoon in same day but downgrade from business class seats to 2nd class seats. Therefore, overpay fee will back to online service. Due to Spring Festive, over crowd ticket window, we can not argue with Service. Do you have the way to refund to us?
