when my debit did not work, the response to chat was fast as they cancel previous booking and I made a new one. No errors. Only 1 problem, we travel in party of 3. the 1st leg Fuzhou to Wuyishan, the ticket lady put us 3 cars apart, 2 in cabin 1 and one in cabin 4. I forgot top check when i collect ticket and found out too late when at the gate.
