Very aesy to work with. The booking went very well and the ticket pick up was efficient, espacially with the printout translated in chinese. The only disapointment is that on my first reservation, I had made a mistake on the date and I flagged it just a few hours after the reservation and long before the tickets were printed and to make the modicitaion, there was a fee of 20$ USD per tickets wich I found to be too much - Eric
