I booked online 2 tickets return HKG to GuangZhou last week. At time of booking, I was charged USD 39.00 (CNY 263) & USD 56.00 (CNY376) for HK-GZ (2nd Class) & GZ-HK (1st Class) respectively. When I collected the tickets at West Kowloon Train station, I had to pay a Handling Fee of HKD20 & HKD30 for each of the tickets. I looked at the face-value of the tickets, they are CNY215 & CNY323 respectively. This means the site charged EXTRA CNY48 & CNY53 for both tickets (??!!) It is a scam !!
In total, I had to pay extra CNY101 plus HKD50 for the 'convienence'.. I will not do it again...
