i paid for the ticket which i could not but, such a nonsense system, they charged me for the full train, made my res first, and then send me a message saying that the train i booked is full and recommend another train which its time was not suitable for me, i send a message back stating its not ok!!! they still charge the 2 people business class ticket without sending unsuitablle trains tickets!!! never again
