There were delays in replying for my queries. Also I noticed that other online companies go through all details of passports and try to help with my requests prior to biking the tickets to minimize mistakes. I did not find the same here. Also did not find much help in cancellation and change I had to do it myself at the station. I am still awaiting for the refund of cancelled tickets.
