Our preferred train was fully booked and we were offered another train, as we had not received confirmation we rang and were told that they had not received our reply email. We were now at the station and the interaction on the phone could have been better, the operator spoke English but their comprehension was not that great. 1 STAR.
We will be using again and allow more time prior to departure.
