Thier Website allowed me to book a first class, then I get a email that’s they are sold out if I want a second class seat. Okay I reply, but no response until a day later. And I’m so worried the train will sell out because I needed to travel on that particular day. I call the customer service phone number on thier email. No response at all. I give 2 stars because at the end it was resolved by a reply email finally.
