The reservation you made for me had an incorrect passport number. Thus when I arrived at the station, I had to cancel the reservation, pay a service charge and book another reservation on another train that took 1 hour more to get to Beijing. I thought I would save time and avoid problems by booking in advance through you, but instead it ended up costing me more in money and stress!
