I booked here for 15 April 2019 from hongkong to guangzhou. When I arrive at the station to print, the data says that my ticket is for 18 April 2019 even though all my email from chinatour says 15 April 2019. I had to pay extra money to change the date. I tried contacting chinatour and they didn't respond at all. Will never use again, totally not recommended, what a scam.
