My reservation number was 207295. I booked two tickets and paid by my credit card. The China TOUR officials never confirmed my reservation. I have been emailing several times asking for the confirmation. One week prior to the scheduled date I asked one of my Chinese friend to inquire about this as I can not speak Chinese. Then ticketing officers has said all tickets had been sold out. then my friend reserved two tickets for me from another train which was uncomfortable with my travel itinerary. How could it happened when I paid and reserved my tickets on that particular train? If I could not get the help from my Chinese friend, our whole trip would have been ruined. I have have booked hotels in Kunming. It was very disappointing. China Tour.NET should be more responsible towards their foreign customers.
