The train itself was great and my ticket arrived eventually but the lead up to getting my ticket was horrible. I received an email saying they couldn't find my hotel booking to deliver the ticket and then when I responded I never got another email back. I tried to contact them via wechat, email, phone call, no answer at all. Very poor service.
