Despite having receiving an email confirming overnight train ticket 3 weeks prior to train trip email recieved stating ticket no longer avaliable and refund would be provided or other train option. Other train arrival time inappropriate for our needs so refund requested. Still awaiting refund 2 weeks later and contact regarding same has stopped
