App is working very slowly. Time to purchase a ticket is too long. You can’t wait up to 12 hours when buying electronic ticket. Not to mention that is not an electronic ticket. What’s the electronic part of it when you still need to go and queue at the station to get a paper ticket. From my perspective it’s a waste of time because first you waste time purchasing ticket and waiting to get it processed and then you need to go and queue for the paper ticket instead of going straight for the paper one. Completely useless and misleading!!!
