Booked train tickets with China Tour for Xi'An to Beijing and Beijing to Shanghai , I found their web site very easy to use. My only observation is that for both trips the tickets were only delivered the day before we were due to take them, which would not leave much time if there was an issue or an error with the tickets. In both Xi'An and Beijing we were in the hotel for 5 nights before taking the trains, and China Tour had our hotel dates. I would have felt a little more relaxed if the tickets had been delivered say 2 days before we were due to travel.
