Very bad experience with the person in-charge 杨女士 (phone: 18810018526).
I had made my payment on 21 Mar and 22 Mar for the Ticket from Chengdu to Xi-an (13 Apr); Xi-An to Chengdu (14 Apr) for 1st Class Seat. She had missed my booking. Despite of many emails and phone calls, she had never responsed to me.
When I reached Chengdu JW Marriot Hotel, the Concierge managed to get the in-charge contact which was told is 杨女士. She then told me, my ticket has not issue, and all the 1st class ticket had been booked for Xi-An to Chengdu on the schedule i booked.
She offered to book 2nd class ticket and promised for the refund. But has no news and no refund to my account until today 27 Apr.
I\'m very disappointed with this experience and will request to the refund of the difference and the service charge for the delivery of the ticket to my hotel as this had caused so much problem during my trip to Chengdu.
