Very Good service but via We Chat! I am very happy with their service but... I requested one train ticket from here with a bit of fear that if that is reliable or not. But this is really good option for purchasing Chinese train ticket online. But interestingly sometimes they forget your online request and only wakes up if you remind them via WeChat. Another problem was getting ticket counter in the station. I found one volunteer outside station who can speak English, she helped me a lot finding the ticket counter. Overall, they are completely reliable and very helpful, if you ping them in WeChat!
