Overall experience was very good. Trains in 1st class were clean, tidy, plenty of room and well run. A little difficulty on the outbound trip from Hong Kong in trying to identify which counter to line up in to collect pre paid tickets with varying advice from officials but we got there - just. Having got the return tickets at the time of getting the outbound tickets made the return trip extremely simple.
