My trip was from Hong Kong to Fu Tian round trip. Clean and comfortable. You can buy tickets on line to safe time. You can also change the schedule if you prefer earlier or later departure at the window when you are there at the train station. Anyone with US passport needs to go to the window to get the ticket. The line was pretty short when I was there and I was able to change the time of departure at the same window when getting my ticket.
