We asked you to buy Business class tickets for a highspeed train a long time before our departure Date and after weeks! You wrote to us that the train was full. So you went to the station too Late! And we had to take another train which took longer !! In addition to that we.had to ask you several times to deliver the Tickets to the address we had asked you to. We are very disappointed and will buy our Tickets next time alone That’s less troubling.
