First of all thanks for the service - it is extremely useful for me, considering the fact that I am not capable to speak Chinese well.
However, I had an issue with the ticket service officer at the rail-way station at Tianjin. At the begining they declined to give me the ticket because of they were not able to find my data in their system. After a short argue with them, they printed my ticket...I do not how can I avoid it in future, but it makes me nervous that I can miss the train considering my experience.
