Process of purchasing was easy and straightforward and most importantly, tickets were legit and appeared on computer system at collection counter. This bit deserves 5 stars.
There are self-collection machines for those with Return or APEC cards. Foreign passport holders have to queue up around the corner at another counter (line was not long, but it took an extra 5-10 min). Also standing in queue at Chinese immigration took longer than anticipated, plus I didn't fill out arrival card (nowhere to be found, until you get to the counter, then they give you one and you queue again). I got a few extras for future trips (travel agents may have them too?..). This all added to the pre-departure time you have to take into consideration. Wish this information was available when booking the tickets through your site. Train ride itself was a breeze. Thank you!
