Booking process was great but tickets expensive for first class. Seats very comfortable but the snack box needs improving.
Could have separate quiet coach as people were talking very loudly on their phones and watching soaps with out headphones. We missed the train due to the delay in security check with communication issues. Husband had to give shaving foam away ! Ridiculous.
