Booking was easy. Paying was easy and safe through Paypal. I selcted to pay a little extra to have tickets delivered in advance to our hotel. Definitely worth it as they were already there when we arrived at the hotel giving me peace of mind that evreything was in order for our train journey 3 days later.
The only thing tha was disappointing was that I could not choose and book the exact seats I wanted. I had to take what had been allocated. I contacted ChinaTour.NET via email three times after making the booking online to try and book specific seats. Whilst they replied to me they did not answer my questions and did not help me to book specific seats :-(
