Overall the service was good. However, we didn't get some tickets we had ordered, and paid for, three months in advance.
Also, we were not told that there was a charge for the printing of the tickets. We unexpectedly had to pay 180 Hong Kong dollars for our tickets to be printed! Quite unusual!
