Review of Train Ticket by David

My ticket was sent back for no reason that I could tell. I tried to reschedule it was denied. App said Deal Done. I don’t know what that means. My colleague and I both had to take a plane from Nanjing to Tianjin because our train tickets were messed up. foMy travel colleague’s tickets were completely messed up and he had to take a plane from Tianjin to Biejing because his reservations were messed up. He arrived VERY late in the night which was a real problem for him because he had an early flight the next morning. I had to take a plane from Nanjing to Tianjin because my ticket was sent back. All of this has extremely troubling since we were traveling in China. I have not received credit for the ticket that was sent back and thus unuseable by me. I REALLY need that credit for that unused ticket. Overall I think this app service SUCKED!!! We will not be using it again!!
