Very good process, easy to use and avoid any miss communication with Chinese agent. The only issue we have had is when we tried to change the train at the rail station (to get an earlier train). The agent didn't understand and was saying that we had to buy other tickets and thereafter make a request for reimbursement with China tour. We finally didn't make the change, but it was not user-friendly. Other than that, it was very helpfull.
