I have a very bad experience with your company services. I had tried many times to request for a refund for the ticket that have never been issued due to name mismatched. I have requested your company to cancel the order immediately when you informed me about the situation but you still go ahead to charge my credit card. It’s been a month now and I still have not received my refund back even I have sent several emails to your customer service and had no response from your company at all. I’m still waiting for my refund back. Frustrating customer.
