The worst experience I have ever had using a service. The train tickets I wanted and paid for were evidently not available and I was never told this via email, a message was posted on your board which I found right before my trip and spent hours and message after message trying to get it figured out. It was the worst customer service ever. I would never recommend this company, plus they held my money ($850.00 US) for over a month and never told me that there was a potential issue. So disappointed by this service. Cannot say enough negative things about the service and communication or lack there of
