I had ordered train tickets for a trip to Hanghzhou to be delivered to my hotel in Shanghai the day before my trip. I received them with no problem! After having paid for the tickets I did read some reviews from people who did not receive their tickets so I tried to get confirmation by email but didn't hear back. A Chinese friend called them and was assured they would be delivered and they were.
