I have a very bad experience with your company services. I had tried many times to request for a refund for the ticket that have never been issued to to passenger's name issues. Furthermore when I log into my bookings, the order status was showing as done deal when nothing has been done. I have requested your company to cancel the order immediately when you informed me about the situation but you still go ahead to charge my credit card and worst of all you change the order status from cancelled to done deal, that's called cheating and I can't believe you are cheating a customer of US$147. As of today none of your customer service get back to me although I have sent several emails and request for the refund. A very frustrated customer.
